As part of the clean energy economy, Mechanical Engineers: Provide design engineering for solar-related equipment and products; Process customer product designs and product releases, ensuring accuracy of all design documentation; Work with design teams to develop new solar products based on product specifications; Develop customized products to meet customer-specific requirements; Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support with respect to manufacturing, testing, machine performance, installation and product operation in field testing; and plan and manage projects to ensure all mechanical engineering work is accurate, on schedule and at or below cost.
